SUSTAINABILITY
Creating a better future for people and the planet
Striving for sustainability with ESG
There is no mistaking that the next decade will be a crucial time for global businesses to make vital changes in the fight against climate change.
We believe in the power of positive change, and we’re working as hard as possible to do what’s right for the sake of our planet and our people.
We’re proud to say that the initiatives we’ve introduced and the commitments we’ve made have already earned us the status of Carbon Neutral. But, we want to go further than that and we aim to become a Net Zero organisation by 2035.
We take sustainability seriously and we believe the best way we can achieve our ambitions is through transparent communications, so that our valued customers, incredible team and respected communities can see how committed we are through the actions we take.
How we’re helping customers with their ESG targets
When we work together, we can achieve great things.
As branded solutions experts, we care about helping our customers discover sustainable ways to connect with their customers with feel-good branded products that are kinder to the planet.
We recognise the importance of building meaningful connections and finding new ways to stand out. So we will always help you find the most ethical ways to bring your brand to life.
We only work with partners who share our values to do better and be better. From our supply chain through to logistics and distribution, we’re all working together to find the most sustainable ways to collaborate and deliver excellent care, services and products.
That means our customers benefit from the work we do, which contributes to their sustainable business goals.
Our ESG journey so far…
Environmental, Social, and Governance refers to a specific set of socially conscious standards – relating to climate change, human rights and adherence to laws – that we uphold to demonstrate our commitment to acting responsibly.
We’re on a journey to gaining B Corporation Certification, so we’re fully transparent about the steps we’re taking to demonstrate accountability, performance and change.
Environmental
We worked with Grain Sustainability to calculate our Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions for 2022 using the Greenhouse Gas Protocol Corporate Standard. Our total carbon footprint for the year was 706.052 tCO2e. During the year we funded a range of Greenify projects totalling 724.8 tCO2e in verified carbon credits, effectively offsetting 2.7% more emissions than we measured.
And, to demonstrate our commitment to environmental transparency, we have also disclosed our environmental impact through CDP, a global non-profit that runs the world’s leading environmental disclosure platform.
This means we’re one of 23,000+ companies that’s harnessing the power of our data through transparency and accountability to set a course to a sustainable future.
Community
The B Corp movement is working to create a just and inclusive economy where people from every walk of life thrive.
We take great pride in supporting our local communities, whether that’s hosting events, raising funds, donating products or making cash donations.
We also work with the local council and schools to support students who need experience and advice on entering the world of work.

Team
Our team is an incredible group of people and we care about doing what we can to help them feel secure and empowered to progress in their career.
All team members have access to free healthcare that entitles them to benefits, including mental health cover.
From a team perspective, we’re committed to their ongoing development, and we also have a thriving apprenticeship programme with 20% of our employees coming through successful placements.
We’re also proud to be recognised as a Living Wage Foundation Employer.
Supply chain
As a company with a global footprint, we’re committed to ensuring our entire supply chain upholds our corporate sustainability and social responsibility standards.
We have a strict supply chain code of conduct that’s fundamental to preserving the strong reputation of our brand and ensuring we can continue to deliver sustainable growth and retain the trust of our stakeholders.
We choose our supply chain partners carefully, ensuring they share the same values as us and are demonstrating their commitment to sustainability, environmental protection, workers' rights and community support.
Governance
Compliance is fundamental in showing the world what we’re doing to protect our planet and show how we’re moving towards a Net Zero status.
By being transparent in what we do, we’re showing accountability to our partners, customers, community and team and proving the results of our actions.
UN Sustainable Development Goals
Sustainable Development Goals have been established by the United Nations, and are a collection of objectives that businesses can align with and put into practice to improve sustainability. The UN has described these 17 goals as a shared blueprint for peace and prosperity for people and the planet, now and into the future.
We’re fully behind these goals and are actively taking action in key areas that are most appropriate to us, our stakeholders and community.
