We work closely with our team to understand their career goals and ensure they’re supported throughout their employment at A.D. Our training matrix develops with the growing needs of our team so that we can work with individuals to define their path and measure their progress.
We also have a thriving apprenticeships programme via our very own A.D. Academy and are proud to say that 20% of our employees are successful graduates of this initiative. This means new recruits can lean on and learn from people who have been in their position, so they feel supported every step of the way. We also have a dedicated point of contact in the business they can speak to if they need additional advice or guidance.
In addition to this, we also care about inspiring the next generation by providing work experience opportunities to students from local schools and colleges. This experience is invaluable to those starting out who want to build their CVs and gain real-world experience working in a dynamic office environment.
Improving team happiness
Whilst it was important for us to have a lovely office building with lots of great amenities that were close to excellent transportation links for easy access, it was also important that we chose a building partner that valued sustainability.
Our offices are situated in a retrofitted, low-carbon Bruntwood building in the heart of Old Trafford. Bruntwood provides all the contemporary features our modern business needs. The company also invests in renewable energy and is on its own path to achieving Net Zero status, which supports our goals too.
In addition to the excellent benefits we provide our team, we also care about their work-life and support flexible and hybrid working.
